Auto Update RITM Stage on Order Status Page on Service Portal

Hi All,
We need some help on service portal Order status page, when order guide is submitted via service portal with multiple ritm's we get Order status with RITM number, Item Name, Stage and we can add more columns. When order guide is submitted and if there are any ritms which are auto closed as soon as they are submitted the Stage icon remains in Work In Progress as per OOTB functionality. We need to manually go refresh the page from browser to see the updated Stage as Completed for auto closed ritm's on Order Status page.
Has anyone modified the widget in a way to auto refresh the Stage column on order status page as soon as RITM is updated or closed.
Attached screenshot displays what we want to auto update as soon as request is auto approved or closed. Currently when we refresh the browser then the Stage gets updated here.

We have already tried applying record watch but still we cannot see updated stage without manually refreshing the browser. Once we refresh the browser then only it shows updated stage
