I have a flow in my Virtual Agent that, at a certain point, asks the customer if they would like to speak with an agent or open a case.
When execution reaches this step in the ATF, it throws the following error:
"Cannot invoke 'com.glide.cs.qlue.entities.ConversationContext.getBrandingKey()' because the return value of 'com.glide.cs.qlue.entities.ConversationEntity.getConversationContext()' is null."

Hi @raiovini
- Avoid validating Virtual Agent UI or conversational chat pop-ups inside your automated ATF suites, as they are not natively supported without an active, browser-based user session. Refer: KB0786683 ATF not supporting Pop-Up browser windows
- Make sure in your targeted testing page/widget , branding key has been properly set . Refer: Apply specific chat branding in Virtual Agent web client
