Autonomous Implementation - where can I find out more for it with CSM?

Hi @HuronNCWAB 

Someone with more knowledge my wish to correct me, but my understanding is that autonomous implementation, i.e. using agentic AI to fast-track the implementation process, is a concept that's on ServiceNow's roadmap, but not currently available. I recall it was mentioned in passing at the GPES event yesterday.

As you already know, this is an evolving topic and do not have detailed documentation on the subject. Moreover, question was generic rather than looking for a definitive answer.
