Hi @HuronNCWAB

Someone with more knowledge my wish to correct me, but my understanding is that autonomous implementation, i.e. using agentic AI to fast-track the implementation process, is a concept that's on ServiceNow's roadmap, but not currently available. I recall it was mentioned in passing at the GPES event yesterday.

@Bhuvan  the question is about Autonomous Automation, no specific reference to that in your links, as far as I can tell?

@Simon Hendery

As you already know, this is an evolving topic and do not have detailed documentation on the subject. Moreover, question was generic rather than looking for a definitive answer.

I shared what I believe would help with the question. Hope it clarifies.

Thanks,

Bhuvan
