Avaya Integration for Live Agent Chat

Is it possible to integrate Avaya phone system into ServiceNow for live agent chat assignment?

 

I am not finding any information regarding Avaya Integration that can be utilized for virtual agent/AWA. 

 

Essentially we would like to have ServiceNow/Avaya Integrated so analyst do not get live agent chats assigned to them (via Virtual Agent or AWA) when they are on a call. Is this something that can be done?
