Hey for this, all you have you do is go to the platform view and search for "Process Flow" in the menu and select the highlighted table. Then filter the list view by the table column that contains "plan".
You'll see all of these states appear but I would advise to only update the label and leave the name property as it is, unless you have already made the necessary changes to the other areas of the application and platform (i.e. the scheduled jobs, scripts, ui actions) to be able to reference the new "Cancelled" state instead of the Archived state.
Let us know if this ends up solving your problem.

I want this "Archived" to be changed to "Cancelled". But I am not able to find it in UI builder --> BCM
