Business for restricting incident table

Hello,

 

I created a business for restricting the ITIL Role - Incident Table to assignment group and assign to me.  Unfortunately, it is too restrictive.  The ITIL  User doesn't see anything.

Hello,

I am trying to create a business rule that restrict by role ITIL all incidents in request and reports to assigned helpdesk and assigned to me so agents don't see other helpdesk incidents. I tried the business rule but it restricts the data so the tech does not  see anything within the incident list.
