Survey Notifications for Surveys

Hello,

 

I need assistance with how to have two different notifications configured for Surveys. I have created a standard survey using survey designer and we have another survey using a custom script that includes emojies as a tigger when they reply to the survey. I need away to create a notification for when survey #1 is sent and survey #2 is sent. currently the notification is setup to be the custom script and I need to away to break out the notifications. I went through the options in the conditions and could not find an option to trigger on a specific survey. Ideas would be helpful.
