REQUIREMENT:
As the Cloud Dimensions CMDB administrator, use Query Builder, to meet the following requirements:
- Build a query, named Windows 2012, 2016, 2019 Query, to display the results of only Windows 2012 R2 Standard, Windows 2016 Standard, and Windows 2019 Datacenter*

Hello, I am still having difficulty with the question. I did what the product documentation said. When I run the query it dies nit show me the number of records.

Your CMDB Query Builder is empty. Did you figure out how to build a query using this tool? If the ServiceNow documentation does not help you, I would recommend watching the demos ServiceNow provided on YouTube , they are very helpful.
