Can someone please show me how to create this Response summary?

I tried so many ways but still can't figure out how to get this response summary in my model. I want to learn to recreate just this portion in Virtual Agent.

You can simply create by using simple card response. Like this.

Thank you for replying.  Is there a way I can pull a summary of what the user's asking. Like this example? 

Anything in the yellow area, I want the bot to summary it just exactly like in the picture.

Hello, would you be able to show me how to get the following working... I want a summary response between the bot and the user (i.e: anything in yellow, I want to displace in the card). Please show me how to do that??
