Hello guys, maybe you could help out on this!
I have a BUSINESS RULE created in ServiceNow platforma that I could edit freely, but, since my instance its upgraded to Zurich I cannot edit this file, anymore.
Why is this happening? Is there need for a new role in this instance? I have a admin role already.
Thanks in advance!

If you scroll to the top, is there any kind of informational message that might give a hint as to what is going on? Are you in the right scope to edit the BR? Have you tried clearing your browser cache?

Hi @brunobandeiraro ,
If it is custom business rule which you are not able to edit? It is because application scope is different from your business rule created application scope.
If my response helped, please mark it as the accepted solution ✅ and give a thumbs up👍.
Thanks,
Anand

Have you tried clearing your browser cache?
Is anyone else having the same issue?
Have you tried it in a different browser?
