Cant able to add awa_agent role to User.

Hello All,

I cant able to provide awa_agent role to the users, due to this users cant able to access the Status in Agent workspace. Can any one suggest me how to proceed further on the same.

I have tried to add 'sn_templated_snippet.template_snipper_admin' role, but it is not available in Roles.

Can you check if the user has snc_internal or snc_external role added to the profile.

Nope the profile dont have snc_internal or snc_external roles. Should i want to add them?

Try adding the below role to the profile:

Also make sure of the below points:

• For all the roles mentioned above, open the role record.
• You would see a related list called - Contains Roles
• Make sure that the related list holds a valid record here.
• It should not hold any blank entry. If you find a Contains Roles invalid entry, you need to delete it via background script and then try to add it again.

I have added all roles mentioned above and still cant able to add awa_agent role.

I have validated related lists for every Role and everything is contains some roles.
