Hello All,
I cant able to provide awa_agent role to the users, due to this users cant able to access the Status in Agent workspace. Can any one suggest me how to proceed further on the same.
I have tried to add 'sn_templated_snippet.template_snipper_admin' role, but it is not available in Roles.

Can you check the Contains Roles section for awa_agent role.
Does it contain any scoped role, or invalid role?
If so, delete them and then try to add it back.

Hello Bose,
It contains two roles
1) sn_templated_snip.template_snippet_reader.
2) quickactions_user
I didnt added any role to this. Above two roles was provided by Servicenow itself.

Hello @swaroop
This is a known issue when the sn_templated_snippet.template_snipper_admin role is added to another role.

It talks about the admin role, but it applies for any role in the platform.
