Hello,
Appreciate your help here.
I'm trying to craete a catalog UI policy on incident form.
The requirement is to show additional assignee list when the a certain configuration item is selected.
1.I created a catalog UI policy for Create Incident catalog Item.
2. Under Catalog conditions, selected the category and Sub category.
3.When trying to craete Catalog UI policy action, the variable additional assignee list is not shown.
How do I get the variable "additional assignee" in variable section.
Attached are the pics.
Any pointers deeply appreciated.
-Thanks
Shree

"Additional assignee list" is a OOTB field on the incident table. Are you sure you are referring to a catalog variable?

Hi @Shree Nag , ensure that the necessary prerequisites are there. if the variable is not listed/created then it will not also be available.
Please mark as helpful and accept as solution if you find it lucractive.
