Catalog Variable Date Not Populating in Email Notification (sc_req_item)

Hi Team, I am facing an issue with displaying a catalog variable (Date field) in an email notification on the sc_req_item (RITM) table.

${variables.completeion_date}
its not wroking,
Any guidance is appreciated. Thank you.

Hi @LokeshwarReddy ,
You need to write the Email Script for that and need to call that email script in the notification.

this should work -> ${variables.completeion_date}

what it shows in preview?

Did you check that RITM has date variable populated in it?
