When searching in Employee Center, the catalog and knowledge links displayed in "Answer generated by Now Assist" are not displayed in Portal view.
I want to know the solution.

Resolution
Add the field 'Availability' to the Catalog Item and set it to Desktop and Classic Mobile. You should now be able to see the Item.
In this case, it was previously set to NONE.
