Hi All,
On the change table we have a change type which simply ask approval from the members of the assignment group.
Twice now it have went into a loop, where after requesting approval, and a member clicks the "Approve" button on the approval request. Then it instead of moveing to the correct state (Approved), it stays in the "Requested" state. And then requests a new set of approvals to the members of the assignment group. After this happens, a simple thing like adding worknotes, adds an extra approval set. So all of a sudden, the same person have 2 approval requests, after actually approving it.
Is this something anyone have experienced or do you have any idea where i should look for the error?
As i can't duplicate it in any instance, then i am not sure what might cause this.
