In ServiceNow Change Request, we have Planned Start Date and Planned End Date. If the scheduled dates conflict with another change, it shows a conflict. In such cases, we choose a date that doesn't have any conflicts. However, if I click the Implement button now, it will populate the Actual Start Date and Actual End Date. Wouldn't this cause a conflict if I start now? How does the system accept this and allow me to implement the change?

Hi @RitheshB ,
Your implementation dates should be within the boundary of Planned start date and Planned End Date, else it will be a non compliane. Your change manager will raise this compliance issue so basically you should update your planned start and end date as well in case of Conflict. Date vldiations if configured in your environemnt will stop you else it will allow you to implement even after planned date brackets but it is not a good practice and aginst the process.
If my answer helped you in anyways, please mark - Solution Accepted.
