Change model ACL and User Criteria

Change model has write roles AND can read defined, which user has the ability to modify the change model record

1. user with itil admin role

2.user with sn change write role

3. User with Write role OR that match the can write user criteria

4. User with Write role AND that match the can write user criteria

5. User with admin role

Please suggest which 2 option is correct
