Change req state skips CAB approval and moves directly to "Schedule" after manager and CI approval

The change request workflow is not functioning as expected. Previously, after manager approval and CI approval, the state would wait for CAB approval before moving to "Schedule." However, currently, the state transitions directly from "Assess" to "Schedule" after the manager and CI approvals, bypassing the CAB approval step.

Could anyone please help me on this.

What was the risk on the change set to? Out of the box if the risk is low it bypasses CAB approval.

Hi Brian,

Even for moderate, It is skipping the cab approval approval, I have checked the previous change requests in my prod with the same configuration item it was going for all 3 approvals from manager, CI Approval and cab approval now i have replicated the same record in my dev now it is bypassing the cab approval.
