Change request approval link in notification is not not working.

Hello Commmunity,

I added change request approval link "${URI+&sysparm_record_target=sysapproval_approver}" in email notification to approve the request.

When I click the link through email notification, it is throuwing Access Gate way error.

I tried same code in my personal instance. It is working as expected. I am not sure why it is not working in my instace.

Can any one help on this.
