I added a few fields to a custom table and broke that ability for the user to export records to PDF. I am figuring it is an ACL that is preventing the PDF from displaying?? There are ACLs around different groups viewing different fields. The user having trouble can see the data correctly in the form - but exporting does not work.
Is there a way to know which field is the causing the issue? Debugging an ACL issue is not very easy 😞

@BethB I recommend using Access Analyser to debug the ACLs
Here is a tutorial to know the steps to debug ACLs using access analyser https://www.servicenow.com/community/platform-privacy-security-blog/vancouver-release-customers-gain...
Hope this helps.

Access Analyzer sounds like a super solution. Excited to try that, BUT we are only on Vancouver
- Requires Xanadu family platform release
I don't think my users can wait that long....

Does the user need more than read access on the table?
