Change Request History on a CI

Hello, I am wondering if it is possible to see all the related change requests that were put in for a specific CI in my CMDB. For ex, I put in 2 change requests for server X on Monday/Tuesday - is there a way within the CI record to see those change requests that were put in for it?

Hi @amanuelsebs,

Please access the CMDB Workspace by clicking the “Open in CMDB Workspace” button

From there, you will be able to view the Change Requests associated with this CI.

Hello, thank you for your reply, but my cmdb workspace looks different to yours sadly where I dont see change requests

An alternative approach is to add the new related list to the Configuration Item form.
