Hi @divyadhanda,

You can’t directly “stick” the description next to the reference field out of the box.
So either:

Show it in the search (clean & recommended) using ref_ac_columns and ref_ac_columns_search=true
Or mirror it in another field if you want it always visible

Most people go with the first one, less effort, cleaner UI.
