How to implement a Change Request with CAB approval and risk assessment.

Hi @vinuth v 

You can configure the approval part via workflow or flow designer and for risk assessment , both "Normal" & "Emergency" type change request by default have this feature. So that users must submit the risk assessment in the Assess phase.

As I mentioned earlier, for both the normal and emergency type change requests, the risk assessment is mandatory.

After creating the new change record, the implementor or the requestor need to take risk assessment by clicking the "Risk assessment" ui link. Based on the response provided by the users, the risk value gets calculated and assigned to the change requests.
