Why? Are you now using flow designer and it doesn't work? Or is it just for a certain change?
Your (work)flow is triggered by a change, so it's very easy: inactivate the flow and activate the workflow and make sure you update the trigger so you change is picked up through the workflow.
There is a catch: all changes that are already in the flow, will remain there, so you will either need to recreate them, or just have them run through the flow and just have the new ones run on the old workflow.
Having said all of this: it sounds very strange that a ServiceNow Employee is asking this on the Community, since all workflows are deprecated and flow designer is the go-to way moving forward.
