I assume your question is that you want to start taking exams to gain certificates and recognition of your knowledge?

Essentially, you need to ensure you Webassessor account is linked to your ServiceNow learning account.

You can do this easily by following the below link:

Thank you for your response. I accidentally created my Webassessor account using my ServiceNow ID (my company email). Later, I realized that I need a different email ID for Webassessor. My question is: do I need to create a new Webassessor account with my personal email ID and link it to ServiceNow, or can I modify the existing account without creating another one

As you have created the Webassessor account using your company email ID and now you want to get it done using your personal email Id. No need to create another Webassessor Account.

better to update your login email with your personal so that even if you leave your company, you can still access it
