Child/Parent case - Task not transferred from child to parent

Hello team,

Here is my use case:
1.task added to a case

2.parent is created from this case

3.task from child is not transferred to the parent, so I need to create a new task on the parent, and task in child remains new

My question is why task is not transferred to the parent case, and child's task is not canceled?

Does it something that can be customized?

There is no OOB setup to transfer child task to parent, you have to create custom solution for this.
