Choice selections in notification that is formated for a selected langauge always show as english

I have several notifications that were created and are only used when the recipients language is not English.  I have translated all choice options for all answers to the question that create the incident record.  When the notification is sent all the choice selection are still showing in English, but were in the correct language when the user selected them.  How to I make the notification use the correct language choices that matches the language of the recipient.  See below
