Closed_at field not getting populated for closed ritms

Hi,
In the RITM (sc_req_item) table, some RITM records have the Closed at (Resolved) field populated with the date and time when the record was closed (Complete, Incomplete, or Skipped), while other records have this field as NULL. Why is this inconsistency ?
Note: All the RITM records being referred here are inactive, yet the Closed at (Resolved) field is not populated for some of them.
I am not able to find the reason for this. Please help me find the issue.

We specifically set this field in each workflow or flow when changing the RITM state at the end of the flow to ensure its consistency.

Got it @Brad Bowman , you are talking about this closed_at field right ?but we cannot go do it for all the available cat items right ?
Is there any other way to identify this ?
