Hi,
Configuration item is showing as empty for source table kb_knowledge when applying on table sysapproval_approver. Is there any relationship issue because it shows up for change request?
Thanks,
Harsha

how is the column added in list?
are you sure the right column is added?
kb_knowledge doesn't extend task table and I believe you might have added Configuration Item field from task table and hence it's not showing up

Hi Ankur,
I have added this column in the report by using choose columns in configure.
Column is coming from Approval for.configuration item.
Thanks

Approval for represents tasks in approval table and so approval for.configuration item is coming from task table.
But I want to see the configuration item in the report which is present on kb_knowledge form. I have attached screenshot initially in this post.
Thanks,
