To configure an email notification in ServiceNow for when a Problem's state changes from "New" to "Access," you need to create a new Notification record. In this record, you will specify the target table (e.g., problem
), set the trigger event to Update (with conditions for the state to be "Access" and the previous state to be "New"), and configure the recipients to be members of the Assignment Group.
