Error with NLU Workbence

Hello Community,

I am receiving an error while I am trying to sync NLU workbench for ITSM Virtual Agent. I created a copy from it and even when I trying to sync it, it gives me the attached error: 

Error MessageS" ome features may not be available because the connection to NLU Service is not available. Please try again after sometime, if the issue persists log an issue with Support

Error MessageUnable to construct prediction URL for your system ID :app128154.ord191.service-now.com:dev303603002

Can somebody help me with this?

I’m running into an error message when training my NLU model. 

First, ensure that you have updated to the latest patch available for your instance version.  

• “Some features may not be available because the connection to NLU Service is not available.”, “Unable to predict.”, or “Malformed URL.” - Ensure that system property: glide.shared_service_scheduler.url is populated with “https://sncmlscheduler.service-now.com/”. 

But it's possible that NLU is not supported in PDIs:
