Connecting Task Intelligence Admin Console with the Incidents Table

Hi All,

I am currently exploring the Task Intelligence Admin Console now I have trained and deployed a model in my account and currently testing it with Service Operations Workspace. Can we connect the Task Intelligence results with the Incident table? 

I trained a model to predict the category of the incident using short description and deployed that model. I've enabled Autofill option while deploying. Now, while creating an incident, the predicted category is not automatically populating in the category field. Can you please suggest whether do I have to make any changes in AI Search Recommendation > Incident Management for Service Operations Workspace. Please guide me.
