Hi Team,
We have several domains in our instance. And we created catalog Items in Domain B. And in Domain A Record we added Domain B in Contains Domains Related List.
And When i impersonated or login as Domain A User i can't able to see the catalog Items that are present in Doamin B.
For Catalog Items there is a User criteria is added as that it will be available for Agents/External users.
Please let me know is there any configuration that i need to add here to see and submit those requests(Submt Catalog Items via Portal) as Domain A User for Domain B users.
Thanks in advance,
Hari Kishan.

In domain specific environment, even records are domain restricted having the Domain field say in Catalog Item.
Verify if domain inheritance is enabled or add the Catalog Items to Parent domain, this way they are accessible both by parent & child domains.
Alternatively, you can make the Catalog items to ”global” domain incase if requirements are not hampered.
The hint is - being in Parent domain one can access both Parent & Child domain records!
