Create a report of all RITMs for previous month to be sent on 2nd of every month

Hi All, 

 

I have a requirement where I want to send the list of all RITMs created between 1st & last day of previous month and it should be sent to an email address on 5th of every month.

 

How to set the relative data range so it pulls dynamic data every month?

Create a report on RITM Table  with date filters and schedule this report for 5th of every month. It will automatically pick Dynamic Data.

Hi Nikhil, 

So you are saying if I set date filter for oct 2024 then in Dec it will automatically pull data for Nov month?

Hi Ankita,

I am saying that you can put filters like - Last Month/ This month etc. and it will pick data from current or previous month.

You can use the schedule functionality which is given in Report and add the following condition which highlighted in below image.
