Create an Agent Chat record to enable Virtual Agent on the default Service Portal
- The record name should be VA (this name will be used to validate that the task was done correctly).
*NOTE: The "Order" field is required. Please enter "100" for the order.

To create an Agent Chat record to enable Virtual Agent on the default Service Portal in ServiceNow, follow these steps:
Navigate to Agent Chat Setup:
- Go to the Application Navigator and type in Agent Chat.
- Select Agent Chat Setup under the Virtual Agent module.
Create a New Agent Chat Record:
- Click on the New button to create a new Agent Chat configuration.
- Fill out the form with the following details:
- Name: VA
- Portal: Select the default Service Portal from the dropdown.
- Order: 100 (This field is required and should be set to 100).
Save the Record:
- Once you've filled in the details, click on the Save or Submit button to create the record.
Validate the Task:
- After saving the record, navigate to the task validation section if available.
- Click on the Validate Task button.
