Create case page in HR workspace

Hi Team,

 

In HR Workspace, the description is visible only if coe and service are selected, i checked UI policy but there is no such. How to find the cause.

 

Also if i create a case it shows you dont have permission to read the record. "You do not have permission to read the created record "

I believe it's OOTB behavior.

I believe it's a UI builder component so you need to deep dive in it.

Hi

Navigate to HR administration -> Case creation configuration

Check if description is added to Case creation tab -> Bottom task fields.
