Creating the Test steps in custom workspace in custom scope

Hi Community,

I have requirement to create the test steps for test case withing the workspace.

What I have done?

I have created custom application, in that created workspace , in the workspace I have added test management table 'sn_test_management_test' when clicking new I am able to redirect user to create version1 same functionality as per native UI out of the box .

What challenges I am facing?

I am unable toa add the test steps when user creating the test version , I have added the button on workspace to create steps same as classic Ui, the result is it is creating another version but not allowing user to add the steps?

Also I am not able to add the same formatter to workspace view as per the native UI OOB. What are the alternative I can try?

What are the steps/customization I have to complete to achieve this within the workspace.

Kindly guide me here as I am new in customizing the workspace.
