csa voucher claim

Hi Team,

I’ve completed the ServiceNow Fundamentals On Demand course and CSA Test Prep, and my CSA voucher is showing as unlocked in the Now Learning portal. However, when I try to redeem it on Webassessor, I’m prompted to make a payment.

I’ve confirmed that this email matches my Now Learning profile. Requesting assistance in syncing or reissuing the voucher.

Free exam vouchers are available only for Partners and if you are employed with Organization who are not partners of ServiceNow, you can redeem the voucher by paying 300 USD plus taxes.
