Customise Success Dashboard

Hello Developers,

I'd like to customize the Success Dashboard by adding a new metric titled ‘Self-Solved using AI’, positioned below the existing ‘Self-Solved using Virtual Agent’ section.

At this point, I'm not sure where these metrics are being sourced from or how to configure new ones. Once the option is added, I’d also like to define the underlying numerator/denominator matrix that will drive the metric display.

Could you please guide me on:

  1. Where these dashboard metrics are configured

  2. How I can add and define the new 'Self-Solved using AI' metric

Appreciate your support.

Hi @Naveen87 ,
Please follow the below steps
Application Navigator -> Success dashboard -> Primary Indicator information ->Self-solved using Virtual Agent->Indicator context information , if you open the reference field it  will redirect another page, from there you can change.

Attached screenshots as your reference.

Hello @abirakundu23

Thanks for the response.

I want to create a New option under Self-Solved using Virtual Agent called Self-Solved using Nova.

I followed your snaps(really helpful)

The 'sn_sd_primary_indicator' table does not have an option to create a New entry

I was able to create an entry on 'sn_sd_indicator_context_information'

How do I get Nova value here?

2 option like QnA under Self-Solved using QnA

Hi @Naveen87 ,
Please follow below steps addition of one more option under "self-solved".
Application Navigator -> Success dashboard -> Primary Indicator information ->Self-solved using Virtual Agent
Under "Self-solved using Virtual Agent" can add new indicator whatever business needs under contributing indicator.
Please try and let me know if it's help.

That works, Thank you.

I'm trying to fetch values from the Interaction (interaction) table, but I don't see an option to select it when configuring the Indicator Source.

Could you please advise:

  • Where should I add or reference the Interaction table for use in the Indicator Source?

  • On the IMS (Interaction) table, there’s a related list called ‘Related Tasks’, which holds the Incident created from the current Interaction — can this be leveraged in the data source?

Additionally, I’d like to apply a few more filter conditions once the table is correctly linked.
Looking forward to your suggestions.
