Hello All,
I have an unique issue. A dashboard contains a number of reports. It has been shared to 2 users and can view is visible under their names. One of the user is able to see all the reports and the other person is not. Now the individual reports are not shared to any users/groups(that sharing field is empty).
Can anyone help what will be the root cause for this issue, sharing the report to the user who is not able to see will solve the problem, but the query is why the other user can see while his name is also not added on the reports sharing field.
Regards
Souvick

Hi @Souvick A ,
Properly because the user who can see the reports have some extended roles ([report_admin) which the other user don't have. You can see further here:

Did you inform that user to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again?
what the other user sees? a blank screen?

In my scenario it is report_user, report_group is missing from profile. Thanks for the hint.
