Data Foundations as a prerequisite for CIS-ITSM

Hello,

I am new to the ServiceNow platform and just recently passed my CSA exam. I will now be moving on to ITSM. I have scheduled my CIS-ITSM exam for February 4th but I seen that late last year they have added a new-prerequisite being data foundations. If I have already scheduled my exam, am I ok to take the exam on the 4th without doing data foundations or will my appointment be canceled due to the prerequisite? Any information is helpful. Thank you!

Hi @sanchezmari ,

There shouldn't be any issue in taking the CIS-ITSM at the booked date as far as I know, but you need to also take the CIS-DF within 31/12/2026 to keep your certifications.

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
