default latest record selected in workspace

when user visit a table list view in workspace , we want to show latest record selected by default , we just need to show that record it as a select
then based on available buttons(remove/delete),  they can perform the action.

Note: just need to show as latest record is checked as selected when any user visit table list view in Workspace

You have replied with the same thing 3 times, without answering the question: what is the business issue you are trying to resolve? You do realize that the order of lists is captured within user preferences, making it so that when you revisit the list, you get the same order (hence: every user will get a different list). Without knowing why you are trying to implement this, the requirement doesn't make sense.
