Can a manager designate multiple delegates for separate processes / applications ?
Is there any Out of the Box way to do the same?
For example, as a manager, I want John Doe to be my backup approver for Service Catalog items.
However, I may want Mary Smith to be my backup approver for Change Management requests.
Mary is really not authorized approve any new (for example) laptops for my team, however Mary understands the change requests being submitted.....thus the difference in approvals.
In addition, I may want to add multiple people as my delegate for any process.
Is either of these possible?
Thank you

Yes, I saw this Abbas, but I am looking for any solution that is recently found or implemented.
Since this is a pretty old use case.
Anyway thank you for the response.

This level of delegation is not possible, There is 'Granular delegation' available but only for HRSD. Short answer is not possible with your request
