Description Table is not in Request catalog builder

When I create a request in the Catalog Builder, I do not see an option to "Map to a specific field on the table". Looks like this is only available for requests. The issue is that when the email confirmation comes in from a request, the Description is blank. When I open the request as a fulfiller, the description is blank. It only shows Variables data. How Can I fix this?

Hi @Menalik ,

If catalog item class is a Record producer, it will associate with the table so that you can map the field via catalog builder or if it is a catalog item then you should fill the request description via, onSubmit client script or workflow or flow designer.
