Duplicated the 'Escalate IT Ticket' topic in virtual agent but getting conversation end message

Hi @Sheetal18 ,

Once you have Duplicated and Saved the Topic, did you also publish it?

For Example :

  1. In the Virtual Agent Designer, search Escalate IT Ticket.
  2. Click the Escalate IT Ticket topic card.
  3. Click the Properties tab.
  4. Click the Publish button.
  5. Click the Go Back To Topics button.

The topic published still giving same error.
