Difference Between SYS_CB_TOPIC and the SYS_CS TOPIC in virtual agent

Can any one explain the "Difference Between SYS_CB_TOPIC and the SYS_CS TOPIC in virtual agent" with an example.

Hi @NagarjunaD 

Here is a definition of those tables.

  • sys_cb_topic
    Stores a record for each topic (design-time definition).
  • sys_cs_topic
    Stores an instance of a topic from sys_cb_topic at run time. Records on this table are cleaned every 12 hours.
