Dynamic Greeting Topic

Hi All,

I am using this OOTB topic name: Dynamic Greeting Topic and it is showing the open issues of mine. When I click on that 95 open issues link it is redirecting me to the SP portal but I want to redirect to ESC portal

Please help me to resolve the issue

Hi @gsacher ,

In this system property,

System Property

sn_itsm_va.com.snc.itsm.virtualagent.portal_url

change the value to esc
