We are facing an issue in dynamic translation for Virtual Agent in Agent Chat. We have configured everything like plugins Dynamic Translation For Agent Chat etc. and enabled in Conversational Interface for Agent Chat and Virtual Agent Both. There are 2 properties 1. com.glide.cs.dynamic.translation.enable.virtual_agent - True
2. glide.dynamic.translation.enable.sync - True
In Agent Workspace, enabled the Dynamic Translation by Clicking on Globe Icon.
Issue:- If the user is from any foreign language like French and trying to connect to English Speaking Agent. Then Agent is receiving the chat in French only however it should be in English as Dynamic Translation is enabled. But when Agent is typing in English, it is getting translated to French for the user. And Globe icon on texts received is not visible to agent under Service Operations Workspace. Both English and French are set to True for dynamic translations. This is happening with every other language.
Can anybody help to troubleshoot and find root cause. Or missing anything anything in Configurations?

I've needed to get this up and running and was having a similar issue to yourself and was quite fearful the functionality was fundamentally broken when a google search returned this page as one of the results.
Have you looked at this YouTube video?
Agent Chat Workshop: Dynamic Translation Demo - YouTube
The component I was missing was the plugin Dynamic Translation for Agent Chat (com.glide.cs.dynamic.translation.agent.chat). I still had the slider you had on the Workspace view without this plugin installed, so it threw me off a bit as I assumed i had all plugin pre-requisites.
You also need to ensure that the Dynamic Translation slider on the Conversational Interfaces > Settings > Virtual Agent is set to true:
