Dynamic translation issues

I configured the integration with Microsoft Translator, and a few weeks ago, dynamic translation was working properly, However, it suddenly stopped working, and the chat window now displays a message stating that dynamic translation is not available. Additionally, in the virtual Agent designer, every language in the "Language" tab shows the following message:
"To translate the topic into this language, ask your ServiceNow Administrator to enable the language in the Localization Framework."
Microsoft is set to true on the "Translator Configuration", and the languages are set to true too on "Languages"
How can I solve this issue?

Hi did you ever get this resolved? Having the same issue now.
Dynamic Translations were working from Agent to User and vice versa initially and just suddenly stopped.
Now only Agent to User translations are working.
